Access to The Quiet Maker membership is granted upon successful payment of the chosen subscription tier. Membership fees are billed either monthly or annually, as indicated at the point of purchase. All payments are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the content. Memberships can be cancelled at any time with access to the content until the end of the billing period. We may, from time to time, adjust membership pricing or features with notice to members.
2. Use of Membership Content
All illustrations, colouring pages, craft templates, digital palettes, and other materials (collectively, “Content”) are the intellectual property of Le Café de Maman. Membership Content is provided strictly for personal use. Members may: Download or print Content for personal enjoyment, use templates for their own crafting, embroidery, or colouring practice. Members are not permitted to: copy, reproduce, sell, share, or distribute any Content, claim Content as their own, use Content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Each downloadable file may include a copyright notice, which must not be removed or altered.
3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All Content remains protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of Content may result in legal action. Members are encouraged to report any misuse of Content to the website administrator.
4. Account Security
Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. Sharing your account credentials or access to Content with others is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Le Café de Maman strives to provide accurate and high-quality Content, but cannot guarantee that it meets every individual need or expectation. We shall not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of this website, membership Content, or purchased items.
6. Termination
By accessing or using this website, visitors and members agree to these Terms and Conditions. Le Café de Maman reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the website or membership accounts at any time, without notice, if a member: violates these Terms, including copyright infringement, account sharing, or unauthorized commercial use of Content, engages in conduct that disrupts the website or its community. Termination of membership does not release the member from any outstanding payments or liabilities incurred prior to termination. Upon termination, members must immediately cease use of all Content obtained from the website.
7. Handmade Dress Purchases
All handmade dresses offered on this website are custom creations, lovingly crafted by Le Café de Maman. Due to the bespoke nature of each dress, we cannot offer refunds once an order is confirmed. Buyers are responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes applicable in their country of residence. Shipping costs, timelines, and responsibilities will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
8. Handmade Textile Art Purchases
All handmade textile artworks, including tapestries and wall hangings, are unique, handcrafted art pieces created by Le Café de Maman. Each piece is considered bespoke and one-of-a-kind; therefore, refunds cannot be offered. Buyers are responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes applicable in their country of residence. Shipping will be arranged with care, but buyers acknowledge that risks during international transit are outside the responsibility of Le Café de Maman. Ownership of the artwork is transferred to the buyer upon full payment and dispatch, but the intellectual property, design rights, and reproduction rights remain with Le Café de Maman.
9. Commissioned and Licensed Work
Le Café de Maman offers bespoke commissions and licensing of illustrations, surface pattern design collections, or other artwork upon request. All commissioned or licensed work is subject to a written agreement, clearly outlining: the scope of the project, the purpose for which the work may be used, the specific rights granted to the client.
Payment terms
Full payment or deposit, as agreed in writing, must be received prior to delivery of the commissioned or licensed work. Unless otherwise stated in the agreement, all intellectual property rights, including copyright and design rights, remain with Le Café de Maman. Clients are granted use rights only as explicitly defined in the license agreement. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or resale outside the agreed-upon terms is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Licenses may be granted for: personal use, commercial use, limited to the agreed-upon scope (e.g., product line, publication, or digital use)
Exclusive or non-exclusive arrangements
Any additional use beyond the agreed scope requires a separate license and payment. Le Café de Maman reserves the right to display commissioned or licensed work in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless explicitly restricted in writing by the client.
10. Changes to Terms
Le Café de Maman may, at its discretion, update or amend these Terms and Conditions. Members and visitors will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws. By using this website and its services, you graciously acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This covers all your current and future offerings, protects your art, textile, and membership content, and gives clarity on rights, usage, and legal responsibilities.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that: Stripe or PayPal are responsible for the secure processing and storage of your payment information. Any issues related to payment authorisation, billing errors, fraud prevention, or chargebacks are governed by the policies of the respective payment provider.
